Bé has been a Board member since 2024 and a member of the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce Australia since 2010.

Bé is the founder and director of Ernstver Consulting Pty Ltd. He is a highly regarded and a very effective Business Coach and Business Mentor. He works with his clients and staff in their Business, and Coaches/Mentors them one-on-one. He has assisted approximately 200 Small to Medium size Businesses since 2005 in a diverse range of industries. Bé has helped businesses increase their sales, become more profitable, improve their efficiency, ensure compliancy, develop better systems and has made sure that staff are well-trained.

Prior to 2005, Bé founded and operated a successful photographic business during the 1980's and 1990's, which specialized in selling photo and video equipment as well as offering One Hour Photo Processing in some of Melbourne's major Shopping Centres.
