With over 25 years of experience, Phil advises global companies on data and cloud strategy, assessing maturity and guiding tech transformations across industries like telecom, utilities, and insurance. He specializes in revenue assurance, optimisation, cognitive contract management, strategic analysis, automation, and trustworthy AI. Prior to KPMG, Phil drove revenue growth, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction through emerging technologies.

 

Prabash Galagedara

Prabash is a visionary optimist with over 15 years of experience in driving strategic and operational transformation across diverse industries and regions. A Chartered Accountant, he blends strategy, innovation, and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. His expertise spans data, AI, digital identity, cybersecurity, and privacy, with a strong focus on scalable change management, high-performance leadership, and sustainable growth. Known for applying his unique "Functional Fixedness" methodology, Prabash helps businesses achieve revenue growth and transformation by challenging traditional approaches.

 

Sander van den Berg

Chief Technology Officer, AIA Australia

    

With over 20 years of experience in insurance operations and technology transformations, Sander joined AIA Group in 2020, leading data governance and AI strategy initiatives. Previously, he held senior roles at IBM, CGI, DXC, PwC, and Deloitte, advising on strategy and technology. His roles at PwC and Deloitte involved advising international insurers on strategy and technology. Before joining AIA, he was a Partner at Deloitte, leading its insurance technology practice. Sander has extensive expertise in AI, data governance and technology in insurance.

 

Thomas Maas

Head of Data & AI Transformation, Mantel Group

Thomas Maas    Mantel Group

Thomas leads the Data & AI transformation practice at Mantel Group, Australia's largest privately owned technology services provider in Digital, Cloud, Cyber, and Data + AI. Previously, Thomas worked at the Strategy & Policy department of the Dutch Central Bank, at the corporate strategy team of SNS REAAL (now De Volksbank), as senior consultant for FinTech consultancy FinCog, and as independent management & analytics consultant in Europe. He holds a Msc from Utrecht University in International Financial Economics. Thomas has a strong background and focus on data-centric and responsible AI, ranging from more traditional forecasting and anomaly detection through to computer vision and generative AI.
