NBSO-Melbourne is a dedicated Netherlands business support hub, reflecting Melbourne and Victoria's increasing regional economic importance, European outlook, continued growth, and unique opportunities for sustainable business and innovation.

This exciting evening, co-hosted by the NCCA and NBSO, will bring together professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders who are passionate about fostering collaboration between the Netherlands and Australia.

Event highlights

The evening will centre around the theme of inclusive sports, highlighting how sport can inspire and unite people across cultures and communities—a fitting topic amidst the excitement of the Australian Open!

We are honoured to have esteemed Dutch speakers from the Richard Krajicek Foundation, an “Amsterdammer of the Year” (2022), and the creative and innovative agency Advier. They will share their impactful contributions to the social and environmental well-being of urban communities, including accessible sports for all, future-proofing skills, and how major events can drive sustainable urban development.

In addition, we will explore how NBSO-Melbourne collaborates with businesses, municipal and state governments, and educational institutions to drive innovation and foster cooperation. The evening will feature distinguished guests invited by the NBSO, including representatives from Invest Melbourne, Global Victoria, RMIT University, and the City of Melbourne.
