Eelco has been involved with the NCCA as a member since 2016 and as a board member since 2023. In December 2024 he was voted as President of the NCCA.

Arrived in Australia, Sydney in 2005, and moved to Melbourne in 2014, where he now works as a Partner of KPMG focussing on delivering large transformation for clients. Eelco has experience in several industries but a back ground in Financial Services, Consultancy and Corporates in both Europe and Australia.

Eelco is passionate about Talent Development and the inclusion of Neurodiversity in the workforce.
